Travel reservations through ATT ASIA TRAVEL are secure and guaranteed. In
most cases, advance payment by credit card or bank transfer is required. The charge
on your card will appear as ATT ASIA TRAVEL. The use of this site is expressly
conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1. RESERVATIONS
|
The rates listed on ATT ASIA TRAVEL website are only available through our
service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel or other
services you will need to contact them directly, and you will usually be charged
more. We will check the availability on your behalf when we receive your request.
When making a reservation we allow you to enter other choices in order of preference.
Please remember that by combining "availability check" and "reservation" into one
step, we can offer you lower prices.
PLEASE NOTE: You are required to confirm acceptance of your reservation and
settle an advance payment or provide your credit card details, otherwise your reservation(s)
will be cancelled automatically.

2. CANCELLATION and NON-ARRIVAL POLICY
|
Different destinations have different payment modes to secure services. Full prepayment
destinations There will be a cancellation charge of 3% for Visa and Master card,
the processing fee plus an additional charge are as follows.
- There will be a full refund if we receive cancellation in writing by email or fax
more than 10 working days before arrival date for four and five star hotels and
resorts
- In the event of cancellation less than 7 working days the full charge will be applied.
- Time limit for cancellation in two and three star hotels and resorts is 2 working
days.
- There will be no refund for last minute cancellations (less than 2 working days)
or non-arrivals.
Part payment destinations (deposits paid to secure services.)
- Deposits made to secure bookings are REFUNDABLE.
- Cancellations less than 7 working days prior to arrival for four and five star hotels
and other services a full charge will be made.
- Time limit for cancellation in two and three star hotels and resorts is before 2
working days.
- There will be no refund for last minute cancellations (less than 2 working days)
or non-arrivals.
Refunds are generally not permitted if you checkout earlier than the expected day.
However, we can consider requests and after a discussion with the booking agents
and hotels concerned, a proportional refund can sometimes be made. Each case is
treated on an individual basis. Some hotels have a slightly different policy and
in this case the terms will be clearly advised to you on the booking confirmation.

3. SITE AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP
|
|
This site, and each of its modules, is the copyrighted property of Vietnam ATT ASIA
Travel and/or its various third party providers and distributors. Third party providers
and distributors own much of the content found on this site. None of the content
or data found on this site may be reproduced, sold, transferred, or modified without
the written permission of www.halongbaytours.net and/or its third party providers
and distributors.

4. AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY

You must represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to
create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of
the use of this site. You have an understanding that you are financially responsible
for all reservations performed by you.

5. PRIVACY
|
|
As a customer of ATT ASIA TRAVEL you are guaranteed complete privacy. All
personal data and credit card information submitted to us will be handled with 100%
confidentiality.

6. CONFIRMATION
|
ATT ASIA TRAVEL Co., Ltd. will send you an e-mail message confirming
each reservation made. We do not sell individual customer names or other private
profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.
We respect and will continue to respect the privacy of our customers who use the
ATT ASIA TRAVEL Co., Ltd. limited reservations system.

7. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
|
|
ATT ASIA TRAVEL Co., Ltd. and third party providers do not warrant
the completeness or availability for a particular purpose of any of the content
or data found on this site.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
|
In no event shall ATT ASIA TRAVEL Co., Ltd. or third party providers
be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive,
incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including to lost profits or lost
savings), whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or in
any way connected with any use of this site or content found herein.
The foregoing terms and conditions shall apply to both contract and negligence claims.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You shall defend and indemnify ATT ASIA TRAVEL Co., Ltd. and third
party providers and distributors from and against any claim or cause of action brought
by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties

10. RELATIONSHIP

The relationship between ATT ASIA TRAVEL Co., Ltd. and you will be
that of independent contractors, and neither of us nor any of our respective officers,
agents or employees will be held or construed to be partners, joint ventures, fiduciaries,

11. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and
services and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such
other terms and conditions.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between us relating to the
subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether
oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified
except in writing.
